Dave Chappelle and Netflix are Being Served “Unfair Labor Charge” By Staff

Leave it to the unions to screw up the Dave Chappelle situation further...

The National Labor Relations Board is bringing charges of “unfair labor practices” against Netflix because the trans lobby just can’t take their “L.”

Deadline reports that Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos is the lead named individual in the complaint. Fired program manager B. Pagels-Minor and suspended senior software engineer Terra Field filed paperwork with the feds on October 27th regarding “false and pretextual reasons” and “retaliation” leveled against them. If you recall, Pagels-Minor staged the “walkout” on October 20th, and Field leaked internal documents. So this complaint is going nowhere fast. Read the worthless statement from Bay Area attorney Laurie M. Burgess below:

“Netflix engaged in the above activity to quell employees from speaking up about working conditions including, but not limited to, seeking to create a safe and affirming work environment for Netflix employees, speaking up about Netflix’s products and the impact of its product choices on the LGBTQ+ community, and providing support for employees whom Netflix has treated in an unlawful and disparate manner.”

Because Netflix wouldn’t bow to the whims of two very stable people, that somehow constitutes an “unsafe work environment?” There’s an old saying in business: “It’s not who you hire that ruins your company, it’s who you don’t fire.” Just saying.

In response to this flailing of the disgruntled cattle, a spokesperson for Netflix said, “We recognize the hurt and pain caused to our trans colleagues over the last few weeks. But we want to make clear that Netflix has not taken any action against employees for either speaking up or walking out.”

These cretins won’t rest until everything is run by them and scrubbed of any creative license; it needs to be approved by them and written for them only.
