Anonymous For fiction, Just finished the lightbringer series by Brent Weeks (made a post about it). Super interesting magic/world, male character that feel like men and females that feel like women. A bit like game of thrones but more optimistic in terms of story and how dark things get. Would definitely recommend.
For non-fiction, Human diversity but Charlies Murry. Its a great and easy to understand summary of all the actual science on the topics related to biology that are taboo theses days (aka sex differences, etc.). Great book.
Breaking Bad is the greatest TV show of all time in my opinion. Better Call Saul is the best show on TV right now, no question. Game of Thrones has a place in my heart, but that season 8 hurt bad. Peaky Blinders is really good. I love The Walking Dead(except for season 7,8) and especially the first 5 seasons. And(although I’m not sure it belongs in this list) I recently started watching Attack On Titan(currently in Season 2) and it’s absolutely amazing.
This whole mess with Naughty Dog and The Last of Us is probably worse than what happened with Game of Thrones and D & D.
Vinland Saga is quite a superb Anime, I’ve this Anime on YouTube 4 episodes a day. I would like to recommend this Anime to people who interested in Norse Culture and Norse Mythology, Scandinavians, Lord of the Rings Fans, Witcher Fans, Dungeons and Dragons Fans, Game of Thrones Fans, and Narnia Fans.
I got some questions, do Vikings enslave people? The reason I ask this question to show the far left that white people have been enslaved too.
Batman: The Animated Series
Star Wars: The Clone Wars
Breaking Bad
Game Of Thrones (except Seasons 5,7,8)
Justice League: The Animated Series
Family Guy
I have some honorable mentions. These are shows that I felt started very strong but the plot fell apart for me and I stopped watching or it ended poorly.
Vikings:
After season one. It got too dramatic for drama’s sake for me.
Man in the High Castle:
The show is a very good slow burn to a satisfying finish each season until season 3 which feels like two seasons mashed together. This likely happened because the show runners were told that they were only going to get one more season. I haven’t seen season 4 from start to finish but I have watched a few in-depth reviews and it has more dropped plot points than the Sequel trilogy. I would watch season 1-3, then watch some of John Smith and Kido’s clips on Youtube.
Game of Thrones:
Well… you know…
Rome:
The first season is very great but it got canceled and the second season is very rushed. It is still worth watching.

Don’t watch much Game of Thrones, but my fave scene is when Tywin’s hores poops in the throne room :D
My favorite episode is the rains of castamere.
I think Attack on Titan is excellent and I manage to finish up Part 2 of the 3rd Season.
I would recommend this Anime to Game of Thrones Fans and His Dark Materials Fans
I haven’t seen the Japanese Live-Action Adaptation of Attack on Titan and I am Concerned about Attack on Titan USA

Anonymous If you’re a fan of Game Of Thrones and other medieval/fantasy type shows, and you haven’t seen The Last Kingdom, you are completely missing out. It is one of Netflix’s best shows, and every season continues to be excellent in its writing and character development. For a historical show, it handles the history of the time better than most. The first couple episodes are a little slow, but after that it really takes off and does not stop. The fourth season was just released a couple weeks ago.
