@Legatus_Legionis Mine arrived in perfect condition. But, you’re too late to get it via Amazon, because they pulled the listing today. I knew it would happen, so that’s why I jumped on immediately.

@Roas I had it in my wishlist / cart, and I was waiting to see if I could get another item or two to get free shipping.

And as people have been reporting, it is no longer viewable at all even in my CART. :(

Anyone lucky enough to get a physical copy of Star Wars: Heart of the Jedi, before Amazon pulled it off their site?

Then today, they announced:

Amazon, which has been under pressure from shoppers, brands and lawmakers to crack down on counterfeits on its site, said Monday that it blocked more than 10 billion suspected phoney listings last year before any of their offerings could be sold.

The PDF they keep referencing is unedited. The physical book is 100 pages longer.

We knew they would kill the listing, waiting for free shipping may not have been bright.

But I refuse to pay for PRIME, or for Shipping.

I just could not find items I wanted NOW that would have put me into the Free Shipping point.

I was hoping one more day of thinking over what to add….

As one who has been unemployed since the lockdowns (and we up north don’t get the same welfare/stimulus cheques as those south of the 49th parallel), I have to be very selective on “luxury” items.

Heck, I had to even sell my full run of Marvel Star Wars Comics (#1-107 + 3 annuals) from 1977-86 and 51 treasure-sized comics to cover unexpected expense.
