Why is BLUE still the primary color of the uniform?

Why is the hair color a “natural” color of hair?

Why is the hair cut not partially shaven, spiked, etc?

Looks decent in terms of design. Could be like a little gymnast. Are there many Filipino comic fans? I do not think I have ever met even one. When you go to ComicCon, do you see any Filipinos?

@Digicat Well they have good taste and know American Comics are a sinking ship, also there are a crap ton of Marvel and DC whole graphic novels sold at my local dollar stores for $4 because DC and Marvel are going bankrupt.

I managed to grab a bunch of good DC and Marvel graphic novels from the early 2000s like Marvel Civil War, Batman Beyond and a crap ton of other stuff.
