ATF proving yet again they are not a Constitutional agency

Anyone who know anything about guns knows that the ATF is not in existance to be an enforcement arm of the DoJ. It cleraly is actintg as if they are all 3 branches of government. They alter laws to suit thier needs. They change Judicial rulings to suit their needs. They contradict themeslves every time they rear up and tell us some new information.

The ATF should be a drive up conveniance store. They have no lawful or Constitutional reason to exist. This conversation proves it yet again.
