California theme parks can reopen April 1 under updated guidelines from the state’s health department following a year of coronavirus closures that cost the parks billions and forced them to shed tens of thousands of jobs during the COVID-19 pandemic.

    IT’S HAPPENING!!!

Starting on April 1, California theme parks can reopen at 15% capacity in the red/substantial tier 2, 25% capacity in the orange/moderate tier 3 and 35% capacity in the least-restrictive yellow/minimal tier 4.

Theme park attendance will be limited to California residents. Updated guidelines will be worked out over the next couple of weeks in partnership with theme parks.

    Oh. Never mind then

Isn’t Disney World limited to Florida residents too?

    #211457

Nope. Its just limited to people in the U.S. (due to international travel being shut down)

Never have been.  Most like never will.

And after the whole KK / Gina controversy, I won’t be giving Disney any more funds.

I do feel sorry for those who depend on those jobs.  But until Disney changes it ways….

Yeah I’m done with Disney all around so…it’s gonna take like a whole generation of new leadership over there for me to go back.

    Can people scream thou? lol

This reminds me when dua lipa went to china and people couldn’t stand up to dance/enjoy/have fun, people had to sit during the whole concert, quietly. xD

Basically you can’t have fun while under communism.

    Good luck guys :D

So basically, no screaming, no laughing, no fun. Just go to the park and walk around SILENTLY. While six feet away from each other

I also heard others say that the annual pass program has been revoked/altered.

So only the rich and locals (with the money) can attended and buy the overpriced items.

It is no longer the Family Friendly destination Walt Disney wanted.
