I’ve tried to google this, but I’ve noticed when my PC goes into screen saver, it used to just show sceneries or animals w/a comment “Do you like?”
recently, I’ve noticed, it’s asking “Would you like to be a better ally to support racial equity?” If I click it, it’ll open up a list on Microsoft Edge (which I never use) and provide resources w/ the usual trash authors and trash books.
BTW, I’m a minority. If they wanted to support racial equity, they should get rid of their Diversity office and counsellors and use that money to hire more qualified people so their software isn’t buggy.
I did a virus scan and my PC is clear. Of course, when I try to search on Google or Duckduckgo, it seems to purposely misunderstand the question and tries to give me more suggestions on how to be an ally… Maybe there’s some switch to turn off suggestions.
I couldn’t find a more appropriate forum to post in, but please move it if necessary. Most other forums like reddit are shit so I can’t ask there. Fuck Bill Gates and fuck MIcrosoft.
