Bingo Allison, a 36-year-old parent of three, said that although they were raised in a “strongly religious” household where they were taught that being LGBTQ+ was sinful, they’ve since come to regard their identity as a connection to the divine.
How perverted!
Those who live according to the sinful nature have their minds set on what that nature desires; but those who live in accordance with the Spirit have their minds set on what the Spirit desires. the sinful mind is hostile to God. It does not submit to God’s law, nor can it do so.
So to say your sinfulness is connection to the divine is actually going against God, His commandments, His word.
“I hope that my installation will remind us that we can love God, love our bodies, love our partners, and love the beautiful diversity of this world,” (Megan Rohrer, the Evangelical Lutheran Church’s first trans bishop)… “The more the leadership in the church looks like the full diversity of our world, the more the church will be able to speak to all of the people who are out and about around our planet.”
So, people like them, wants the world to be like Sodom and Gomorrah, two legendary biblical cities destroyed by God for their wickedness.
Commit Sin, and rejoice in it.
Sounds like a message from satan to me.
God is opposed to unrepentant sinners at every point. They are separated from Him by their sinful rebellion.
So this talk of connection to the divine via sinfulness is being against GOD.
Romans 1:24-30
24 Therefore God gave them over in the sinful desires of their hearts to sexual impurity for the degrading of their bodies with one another. 25 They exchanged the truth about God for a lie, and worshiped and served created things rather than the Creator—who is forever praised. Amen.
26 Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural sexual relations for unnatural ones. 27 In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed shameful acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their error.
28 Furthermore, just as they did not think it worthwhile to retain the knowledge of God, so God gave them over to a depraved mind, so that they do what ought not to be done. 29 They have become filled with every kind of wickedness, evil, greed and depravity.
This is what people like Bingo Allison and Megan Rohrer are calling for… wickedness, evil… SIN.
No wonder so many churches/parishes are leaving, when this is the message they are getting from those who should know better.
Evil corruption is now clearly being seen in those churches, more than in the past.
And no denomination is safe from the spread of this evil.
