Colbert’s crew charges dropped

Federal prosecutors said Monday they have declined to bring charges against nine people asso0ciated with CBS “Late Show with Stephen Colbert” who were arrested in a building in the U.S. Capital complex last month.

The decision, made by the U.S. attorney’s office in Washington, comes after prosecutors determined they “cannot move forward” with the misdemeanor charges against the nine people arrested June 16 in the Longworth House Office Building.

This is what the media is reporting, ignoring the fact that one (or more) of his crew members were also AT the Jan/06th “insurrection”.  But that story has been buried and only this one can now be found.

A spokesman for the U.S. attorney’s office said it was not probable a conviction could be obtained and sustained given that the nine arrested had been invited and that their escorts had never asked them to leave the building.

Gess, just like how so many of the people on Jan.6 were invited in, and the people walked peacefully in.

This is just IMO another example of two-tiered justice system, and BIASED media reporting.

what’s the source for this? If this is true and they were breaking in with the other thigs then heah they should be in jail just as much as the cancer patient.

this is just nonsense. They pushed and fought the cops and used stolen riot shields to break doors and windows. The only people who walked peacefully in were the thugs from the third and fourth waves after the police decided to withdraw from the frontlines, leaving it empty

Show me a photo of a single door broken. it takes a keycard to get into that building, they have magnetic locks. you have to be let in, which is why people are stating they were let in by the police.
