    11,402 active cases

964 being treated in hospitals of which 218 are in intensive care

    302,574 Recovered cases

    2,988 deaths

    *** *** ***

And they released a breakdown of some numbers!

Of those in hospital currently, 698 are unvaccinated, 54 are partially vaccinated and 229 are fully vaccinated.

So around 1/4 of all those in the hospital are FULLY jabbed? ! ?

Now we will wait until the declare the fourth wave over… so they can fear monger we are now in the FIFTH wave.

86.4 per cent of those ages 12 and up have now received at least one dose of vaccine.  (I have been for over a week wondering why this number dropped).

78.3 per cent of those ages 12 and up are now fully immunized (two doses).

    *-* *-* *-*

    10,037 active cases

889 being treated in hospitals of which 191 are in intensive care

    306,113 Recovered cases

    3,026 deaths

    almost under 10K active cases!

Under 1K in hospitals and under 200 in the ICU!

86.6 per cent of those ages 12 and up have now received at least one dose of vaccine.

78.9 per cent of those ages 12 and up are now fully immunized (two doses).

    9,481 active cases

821 being treated in hospitals of which 182 are in intensive care

Let me see if I can update this data block:

    Population: 4,428,247.

(this is 2020’s numbers.  pop. went up by 16K, so all the numbers below would be smaller, but for comparison sake I am leaving the pop at last years level).

Just over 6.961% of the population has recovered from covid, or 6,961 out of every 100,000 people.

Or better yet, just over 97% of those who got covid has recovered so far, or 97,016 out of every 100,000 people.

Just over 0.214% of the population currently has covid, or 214 out of every 100,000 people.

Just over 131% of the population has been tested, or 131,369 out of every 100,000 people.

Yep, MANY people have had multiple tests.  (ie. pro-athletes getting multiple tests/week during the season, people in hospitals getting tested often, etc.)

Just over 0.069% of the population has died from covid, or 69 out of every 100,000 people.

Just over 0.95% of the population that got covid dies, or 951 out of every 100,000 who got covid DIED with covid.

Looking at the cold hard numbers in related to the general population and per 100K, it still looks small to me.

If we look at them broken down to them annually (instead of TOTAL numbers), the numbers (percentages per 100K) would be even smaller.

Where I am, even though the entire province those 12+ has a 79.2% double jabbed rate (86.7% single jab), and the radio said my city is at 90% double jab, when it comes to herd immunity it has not yet been achieved. WTF!

    So while we:

…did not see an increase in COVID-19 cases after Thanksgiving, but health officials continue to monitor for any possible “secondary impact,”

They just can’t accept good news.  They have to twist it to continue the fear mongering.

“The first [challenge] is the transmission that might occur on that long weekend specifically, and we are definitely past the time where we would see that direct impact of Thanksgiving,” …

“But what happens in a secondary way is that if there are significant spreading events … it could potentially cross into multiple networks. And so sometimes we see a secondary impact — and right now we are kind of at that point in time where we are monitoring for that.”

Sporting events… which has yet to be ANY covid event, yet alone a “significant spreading events”.

It is like the experts are SAD and DISAPPOINTED they have been proven wrong time and time again.

    Where I am, there are 2,334 active cases in a city of 1,637,300 people;

0.14% of our citizens currently have active covid.

143 people out of every 100,000 currently has active covid.

All this and we are still in a local medical state of emergency.

The radio this week announce that in order to get herd immunity, we now have to have 90% of the population jabbed.

And there is no word on what conditions we need to reach to get out of this latest round of restrictions/lockdowns.

It seems like they WANT to keep these restrictions in place PERMANENTLY.

Where I am, the local municipal government has back-tracked on their mandates rules.  We had hit all the milestones, so naturally they decided to triple the time we needed to stay in those conditions for restrictions/bylaw to expire.

If anything, I fear that by forcing this onto so many people who are young and in good health, that they are giving the virus more opportunities to mutate and the vaccines become ineffective for the older people who actually need them. It just seems like mathematical common sense that a virus which can adapt or mutate, is more likely to do so at a quicker rate if you put the vaccine in everyone, rather than just those who are high risk. Vaxing 12 year olds and athletes isn’t really helping anyone, but is increasing the number of times the virus interacts with the vaccine.    I could be way off, but it just seems like the less people you give it too, the less likely the vaccine is to be rendered useless in a few months for the people who are at the highest risk of serious covid issues.

We could look at Israel, and how they went from one of the most jabbed nations to one scrambling to get booster shots as they have been hit hard by variants of the U.I.U.O. (Unspecified Illness of Unknown Origin).

87.3 per cent of those ages 12 and up have now received at least one dose of vaccine.

About 59 per cent of new COVID-19 cases are people who are not vaccinated against the illness.

So 41% a new Covid cases are all breakout cases? ! ?

And still no word on when restriction will start to be eased.

We are well past the two-weeks for when an outbreak from such a social event happened.  (Oct.11 Thanksgiving in Canada).

Still no word if we will be having a Merry Christmas.  Tis about six weeks away.
