I was wondering if people still believe in the “Manifest Destiny

Manifest destiny was a widely held American imperialist cultural belief in the 19th-century United States that American settlers were destined to expand across North America.

Historians have emphasized that “manifest destiny” was a contested concept—Democrats endorsed the idea but many prominent Americans (such as Abraham Lincoln, Ulysses S. Grant, and most Whigs) rejected it.

Is this concept dead, or do some people still think this way?

I see no reason to expand any further.

Its not like we can walk to HI from Nazifornia.

What other destiny do we have to manifest? Unless we wanna invade Canada or something

Well, the giving of statehood to DC and puerto rico.

Would that not be considered expansion?

It would “expand” the number of seats in the senate and house would it not?

Those are the levels of desperation the communist party have devolved into.

DC cannot be a state it is the seat of federal power and really doesnt have anything to show for it. There is also text in the Constitution that states its not a state and will not be one.

PR becoming a state would force the feds to take on their 30 – 60 billion debtload further putting the economy in jepordy.

So the DNC is basically buying votes just like they always do. They are willing to theow the country into the shitter to get their way and once they have it they will not give it up as DC & PR are gurenteed to net the DNC 3 senate seats of the 4 created.

The nazi-crats care not for debt, they only care for power and tell other people what they can do.

I just find that those who believe in the NWO, that part of getting there would be by forwarding the Manifest Destiny in North American (and later to all the Americas).

There isn’t a single Puerto Rican who doesn’t despise and revile America with every inch of their being. I still think they’d want to become a US state because of the free gibs, but it’s not really in anyone’s best interest other than the political interest of the Democrats to make them the 51st state.

Think about this – the Democrats are running on stacking the court and stacking states so they can stay in power forever, and Trump is bad for not committing to conceding the election as soon as the mail-in ballot results are counted up to 15 days after the election, even if the results look suspicious? A double-standard is what the Democrats are all about.

Stacking the SCOTUS so that they are nothing but a political wing of their party.

And, they will do this by claiming the SCOTUS is not diverse.

They will pack it with as many blacks, females, trans, etc as they can find, regardless of what a quality judge they were, but just so they can fill the box/quota and making them life-time appointments (where they wanted at one time to limit those they did not put there to limited terms).  The hypocrisy of the left never ends.
