People in Michigan have lost their minds. In Heir Whitmer’s kingdom, apparently, it is a felony to make a joke. I keep telling people, you should never look down on felons because the reality is I can charge anyone in America at any time for a felony and furthermore, you will plead out in the courtroom. Less than 1% of all cases actually make it to trial. Most are forced plea deals.

I have met women like this Barb Byrum. She is the Democratic clerk of Ingham County and she filed a complaint with police over the display, saying it could mislead people who aren’t familiar with the voting system. People like this woman do so much damage all over their own bullshit.

Stay safe out there because lots of Barb’s exist. Fools that can’t see the forest for the trees.

Ignorant people fight the police or fight being arrested over stuff on the streets. I always say. Fight these things in the courtroom where you can be heard and bring a lawyer with you.

Stuff like this would never stick. This is just some people trying to push fear by claiming oh you will be arrested if you make a clear joke. Total non sense.

Now if you are in the UK. Yeah I wouldn’t doubt them being able to arrest you over a mean word, joke or other non sense. Example: Count Dankula.

Here in the states we still have our freedom of expression. If these Antifa/BLM thugs can get away with burning, looting and murder. A man can get away with making a joke. And if by some chance the cops do show up and arrest him. Let them take you in and sue their ass for over it. Not sure what the correct term would be for getting arrested on a bunk charge.

So Nicko, you saying you could arrest someone by planting drugs on them or just out right lying on them if you don’t agree with their politics? Not saying YOU would. Just asking if you are saying you could if you where like one of the scum bags who pull this kind of stuff?

I have seen cops plant shit on people before. I have seen cops find weed in people’s car and just air test it and make them dump it out. Lots of very cool police officers out here. And lots of really bad ones. Is why I am always worried when a cop pulls me over. I wonder to myself, “I hope he has not had a bad day today and wants to take that out on me.”

Our lives are in the palm of these officers hands at that point. Yeah we can fight it in the system. But does no good while you are behind bars. And the cop asking you how those “rights” working out for you.

What I am saying is this:

1) Most people are completely naive about the legal system. They see the 1 or 2 major cases they see the MSM push and they think that is reality. It isn’t. What is reality is that thousands of people are forced to plead out daily in America. As I said, most cases never make it to a trial. Most people do not beat charges. Most people can’t even afford a decent attorney if you can find one nowadays. Then, most people will freaking wait on average 2.7 years now to make it into a courtroom to plead out. People wonder why factions like BLM can get so many backers? I will tell you right now. There are over 60,000,000 people with criminal records in America. Millions have seen how completely bogus a courtroom often is. If you find yourself in a courtroom, you are immediately guilty, and proving your innocence is costly and very hard.

2) It is 2020. Planting evidence has gone to an entirely new level. You can plant anything from weed to child porn. You can manipulate chat transcripts and phone conversations. You can selective record evidence. I have seen people get child porn charges for 1 image on their computers. The truly insane thing is the police never track down the person in the image to see how old they actually are. I think I wrote on here about a guy who was facing 30 years for child porn and he was literally being sentenced when he was saved by a porn star. She was the woman in the image and she was in her mid-20s. She was just tiny. Yet, he was literally about to be charged and sent to prison for 30 years.

3) I keep telling people this and people should listen. The “system” took Jesus Christ, set him up, lied about him in court, railroaded him, and then killed him. If the “system” would do that to Jesus Christ … what would it do to you?
