Generally, pros review the product, while users review the experience. Important difference, imo, especially in this case, where Neil himself said his creative goal for TLoUP2 was to “make it uncomfortable because art at times should be uncomfortable“.
Well, some players are having a terrible experience with this game, finding it intolerably “uncomfortable”, in spite of the quality production.
I listened to much of the above video. It actually did include many criticisms — though presented almost apologetically.
