ok i have never really gotten a straight answer on this, some say yes some have told me no maybe you guys can help. IS star wars republic commando and the books that came with it in canon or are they legends. i hope they are in canon because the whole half clone holf jedi baby thing could be interesting in the future and beyond. not just that but i think those books added alot to the background of the clones, not just the commandos and also to the people who trained them.

I am of a different opinion than most, when it comes to the defining of “Cannon vs EU/Legends”

Anything in writing

 is Cannon so long as there was NO legal actions taken to remove it I.E.” Sue the person” and so long as the person was either retained or recognized by George Lucas or Lucasfilm.

Now there can be some “Legends” that fit in the category but the “reader/viewer” can easily see that the story is a “Legend” and we known legends can be proven if needed and then become cannon. The retcon/legends is purely a Dick move to give the Mouse the ability to create bullshit. No way to convince me otherwise.

The game is Cannon as it is licensed and the Author “Karen Traviss” has written for Lucasfilm under retainer an that makes them in my eyes Cannon.

Just my Opinion.

Short Answer:

Anything made between 1977 and 2012 is Real Star Wars, because Lucas had creative control and power of approval. If it was created, he approved it. Even some of the stupid stuff, though I will say there are some small arguments to be made to hotly wish away garbage like the Glove of Darth Vader which did not fit in with anything.

Long Answer:

I need to finish my big Still Hope for Real Star Wars video to fully go into it without walls of text.

They clearly are marks as ‘LEGENDS’.

So that means it is TRUE STAR WARS.

Short answer: EU is real canon.

Longer answer: Cowgirl Felony had a chance to bring Delta & Omega to the screen. Chose to be a canon violating bitch and recreated the method of training and creation for the clones in his terrible show.
