I am going to watch the most grusome horror movies ever made, starting with a movie so foul it got banned in 50 countries, cannibal holocaust. I have watched over 200 horror movies. After Cannibal holocaust what video nasty should be next.

Cannibal holocaust is a 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 on my sickly rating.

    Why?

    Was the story bad?

    Was the acting horrible?

    Was the effects/scenes believable?

    etc.

let’s just say it has scenes of an extremely graphic nature, nothing comes close to this film . It will shock and horrify , if you’ve a sensitive stomach say hello to what you’ve eaten. This is from someone who has seen a lot of horror films, this is by far the most gruesome I have seen, makes the like of human centipede look pg13. This film was responsible for the video nasty bans of the 80’s, that should say it all, well filmed and it definitely deserves the term video nasty. Tomorrow I will be watching another film that is from the video nasty era.

Can someone recommend some video nastys . I started with what’s considered to be the nastiest in Cannibal holocaust and that was the cut version so what just how horrible is those 6 minutes that were cut?

Should I watch Cannibal Ferox, The beyond , the mutilator or phychic killer. Choose

    1. Physic killer

    2. Cannibal Ferox

    3. The beyond

    4. The Mutilator

I will watch the film that has the most votes.

Now that you have watched it and had time to think over it, what do you think of the stories behind it?

The graphic violence: considering it was produced in the 80’s, do you believe the FX was good or that it was real (and one of the reasons it was banned – as the rumours say)?

Well I would say , cannibal holocaust asks the question are we truly civilized, who was the true savage? You could see the reaction of the tribe as reprisal .Seems like The animal scenes were 100% real. The opening theme is incredible. After watching it I can see what they are trying to say.  In the end their brutal actions eventually lead to their horrific demise.  It definitely earned its reputation, and you would be hard pressed to find a film as brutal as this .

Like I said in the Chat:

Watch “The Thing from Another World” (1951) B&W film,

then the remake “The Thing (1982).

Forget “The Thing” (2011) – as it is a prequel to the 1982 film, but it ruins the horror/suspense the 1982 film was great for.
