I just started it about 2 weeks ago. I’m about half way through the first season. It’s certainly….interesting. I never read any of the books so I doubt that I would be affected by the manner in which the characters are portrayed as someone who is more invested in the characters. Nevertheless, I give props to the writers on that show for creating such compelling iterations of these characters. Laurence Fishburn was a surprise for me when I watched the first episode but I really enjoy his version of Jack Crawford.
Yeah, its a very novel take on the Hannibal saga. I recommend watching the second and third season. Morally, it made me feel icky or compromised haha. However, it is fascinating television.
I have 5 episodes left to watch. I’ll let everyone know what I think here haha.
