Two weeks ago , i started to watch  M.a.s.h  tv show about korea war,but as the show its feels strong till this day, for now i have only seen 3 seasons and now will be watching the fourth season not so about half away as total of 11. First i saw this show around 90’s ,my country’s televison broadcasted a lot. my family and i loved a lot . With all these stupid nonsense now in the world , today’s tv is nothing but mess.  the producers Larry Gelbart and Gene Reynolds, told honest human story ,struggles we each one of us endure.  It Shows worst and good side of the people. By the worst i mean no good ass kisser Frank Burns. Kind people as Benjamin  “Hawkeye” Pierce and Trapper John McItyre  and many more.. those who seen the show will understand i am talking about.  Anyway although i am Otaku i still valvue classic’s which cant be beaten by anything else in the world. Caugh.. “George Lucas Star wars..”. The current poltics and crap some lunatics trying to feed  us is just digusting . So if some one have seen M.a.s.h. please share your opinion  what parts of the show touched you the most please dont spoil the rest of the season i starting season 4 now .season 3 ending realy was heartbreaking for me as i loved the character.

    Also predicting 2020 a bit.

well this remind me of something i cant remember what…

    M.A.S.H. was a great show

A black comedy, is what I think it was called.

A show that lasted longer than the actual war it was based to have happened in.

The show outshone the film it was based off of, and where they got their theme from.

The song “suicide is painless” became the instrumental theme song for the show.

I have the boxed complete series DVD set.

    mash

    Definitely worth repeated watching, IMO

I am surprised they did not do more to financially take advantage of their popularity at the time.

    M*A*S*H ran from 1972-1983.

So while Star Wars was making millions off of toys/figures (1977-…), I can’t recall MASH ever trying to get in on that marketing.

Even as fisher price toys, they could have been well ahead of the GI.Joe crazy that began in 1985.
