Spoiler Alert for hunter x hunter episodes 1-70
so last week i started watching hunter x hunter and it sucks, i really enjoyed the first arc but the second arc was decent enough to keep me interested, then the phantom troop arc was where it really got crazy but the arcs ending was terrible it just felt abrupt and like karapica didnt exact any real revenge, the green island arc was boring and it was the worst anime arc ive ever seen in my life, the whole stuff with the cards was boring and felt pointless, i cant believe that was a real arc the whole thing coulda been time skipped and just explained in a 40 second flashback. another big problem i had is they never kill the villans…ever, they always just let them go free, like the phantom troop out of 12 only 2 died (they killed themselves) and 1 is powerless, the rest have no consequences and for some reason kurapica is satisfied, its especially annoying because of how much they build up these villans for you to hate them, just killing hundreds of Innocent people, and it makes you hate them but theres no payoff, it would be ok to let the villans live if their doing a redemption arc but they arent their just let them go for no reason, so after that i quit after watching like the first 6 episodes of the chimera ant arc because i already know its gonna suck, so i made this post to let off some steam and also i wanted know if theres any chance the show gets better and if its worth continuing
