Okay, so having binged Invincible Season 1 last night, while it was okay for the most part, there were some themes in this show that disturbed me.

Invincible’s on my watchlist, i found the trailer pretty funny, though i did already find one character that’ll probably annoy the shit outta me 💩

If it’s animated, it’s anime. This is Western Anime like Castlevania or DOTA Dragon’s Blood. Just because it’s not Japanese Anime doesn’t mean it isn’t anime. These are not products one would call cartoons like the garbage they show on Cartoon Network of Nickelodeon now. They deal with the same adult content and subject matter that Japanese Anime does.

Hmmmm, interesting take, that would be thinking of anime as a genres rather than a format

As for today’s garbage cartoons, true, most are, but there was a time when kids cartoons were actually good

Plus, there are anime made specificly for kids, such as Doraemon

imo this is not anime lol just like justice league, primal, rick & morty, etc are not anime… they’re cartoons/animations… and there’s adult cartoons and kids cartoons. Animes are produced/originated in japan.
just like dc and marvel comics are not mangas xD

About this show, tried but didn’t like it… gave up on episode 6… too boring for me… and a little bit woke.

Started watching Invincible, really like it so far, has some very funny scenes, hardly any Amber in the first 2 episodes 👍 love the soundtrack, and holy shit I wasn’t expecting that twist 🤯
