Is the Purpose of Public Education “To Teach [Children] What Society Needs …

The purpose of school use to be to prepare young people for life. That is why school use to have classes that covered life.
Basic Home Ec (how to balance a check book, cook a meal, sew etc. The there were shop classes and ROP-programs (work experience) Schools knew many would never go on to college, that was the great lie.

Many kids went right from school to the Military or trades. Most already were in the trades during school. Many of them within 10 years were either Superintendents, Masters in the trade or Owners of companies. I do not see that anymore…. They (the kids) have been made to believe they need college. Truth is Most people I know who went that route still are working in a office and hating their job, they will probably work another  18 to 25 years (65 or 70 years old) where the kids who became tradesmen will be retired now or retiring in 2 to 3 years 5to 58ish, with 40 years in and a very nice retirement, probably house paid off, cars paid off and a lot of years to look forward to.

Over here, parents are already pulling their kids out of schools and home schooling them because of all the woke stuff that they’re being taught. Instead of being taught your basic Maths, English and Science, its Gender Studies and Critical Race Theory and Alternative History. As a result, a lot of kids don’t know how to read or write properly. I can dimly remember being home schooled before I started Playgroup many years ago so by the time I started school, I was already way ahead of most of the kids in my class. Especially with reading.

They are being taught to be activists instead of added to the economy, a productive member of society, an innovator, a free thinker, etc.

And yes, this IS a communist/marxist long term plan.

They could not win via war, they could not win via economical might, they could not win via propaganda.

But they are winning by subverting our youth to HATE a free, democratic society.  They are entitled to certain things, things big brother government can give you (aka via socialism/communism).

Destroy family.

Destroy husbands and fathers.

Destroy love of country and society.

Destroy value of life, and others property.

Destroy freedoms, etc…

This they have been doing.

The great superpower that defeated communism is about to fall to communism, because we have allowed our schools to be communism indoctrination centers.  That is why home schooling (especially with all the school lockdowns – and “teachers” no longer teaching students) is on the rise.

The threat is from WITHIN.

I don’t want kids, never have, never will, and I don’t want other peoples kids either (part of why I am always single to be frank). If I did however have a kid they would be home schooled. The current state of public education is imo harmful, and not helpful. It teaches division. It’s propaganda. It wants to mold minds based on a one sided narrative, not just teach math, history (real history), and science. You know, the things kids actually need? I feel bad and sad for the younger generation. They simply don’t know any  better because they are not being taught correctly. I also think kids should not have cell phones until they are 16. Period. Human’s lived just fine without them since the dawn of man. Kids don’t need that stuff, it’s not good for them imo.
