Lost access to premium PLEASE HELP

Hi there

Just noticed my premium tag has been removed and I no longer have access to the premium forums and stopped getting the email links even though I’m still paying for it. PayPal is normal the last payment was made and the next one is still registered to be taken on the 1st March and my account is still saying premium subscription is active.

Hey, sorry about that! We had some issues with subscriptions not wanting to go through on the last renewal and appears that some peoples Premium tags dropped in the process. It looks like you are all set, if not, please let us know!
