Mandalorians used to be a culture. An individual if any race could be Mandalorian if they followed the Resol’nare.

But with the new Disney Canon now Mandalorians are exclusively humans.

Am I the only one who thinks that THAT was a stupid idea?

Ill second the fact that the EU mandolorians were a much better developed culture than the rat franchise / Cowgirl dave franchise Mandolorians.
