Yes, not the most earth-shattering of problems, but…

So, I’ve noticed something about milkshakes when I’ve recently ordered them from a few local restaurants: they’re so thick that they are almost impossible to drink.

    This is really a bother.

What’s’ the point of getting a milkshake it you have to let it sit for half an hour before you can drink it?

I actually like thick milkshakes. Too thin and they just taste like ordinary milk with little to no flavour in them.

A milkshake has to be thicker than milk but thinner than ice-cream, that is the law of the milkshake

Digicat: Yeah, I think that’s how it should be.

The problem is that I’ve had shakes that are close in consistency to a Blizzard. It’s impossible to drink them.

I know right? I get a headache sucking on the straw. I ordered a shake, not ice cream in a cup.

Yup, i’ve had that too, McDonalds actually went thru a phase of serving ice-cream in a cup (at least where i am), now their problem is disintagrating straws 🤬🤬🤬
