I don’t know if Musk is a good dude or not. And I don’t know if he ends up buying Twitter or not. But the one thing I do know is he has played Twitter to the point of making them look most silly while exposing their utter corruption and subterfuge.

Having twatter prove how many “users” are really BOTS, proving their filings have been fraudulent, and the real number of human “users” are alot lower, the price of any sale would reflect those realities.

If you build your business on lies, sooner or later those lies will come back to bite you in the ass.

As I understand it, the value of a social media company is directly related to its reach. So its actual number of users. So if Twitter says they have X users and it’s really only 2/3’s of that. Then the company is literally only worth 2/3 of it’s stated value.
