This might be a bit of a long shot but i’m hoping for some Metroid

there have been some rumors floating around about a possible Switch port of the Prime Trilogy plus considering that the Direct is 50 minutes and Retro Studios has been developing Prime 4 for 2 years now i’m trying really hard to keep my expectations intact but it’s 50 minutes long so could Nintendo could really anounce anything during that time

Small hope that they give some love to some of their generally dust collecting franchises. Like Earthbound, F-Zero, or Custom Robo. (Franchises that would be outright dead if it wasn’t for Smash keeping them feebly alive.)

Mostly Custom Robo, I really love that franchise, and wish it got more then just Smash references via an Assist Trophy and one Mii costume.

Beyond that, I’d like to see the next Smash character reveal, and maybe also Mario Kart 9?

Hopefully we will get some news for the sequel to Breath of the Wild. Also, this year marks the 35th anniversary of Zelda – could we see a similar collection to Super Mario 3D All-Stars? I would love a collection for the Switch consisting of Ocarina of Time, Majora‘s Mask and Skyward Sword.

Of course I also hope for something new concerning Mario Kart. Mario Kart 9 would be a dream, but I doubt it. So I would also gladly take a DLC for MK8 Deluxe.
