Actually, it’s been propaganda for a very long time. It’s just gotten more obvious.

Sesame Street I surmise was pushing propaganda way back in the 80’s and maybe before. I recall being a kid and thinking, why do they want me to speak Spanish so bad? I believe that was a push due to the border stuff that started about then. I could be wrong but I have always thought of it in this way.
