As predicted, welcome to your future of constant COVID shots.
      .
And you might wonder, why in the world is this the case? Well, basically so big pharma can continue to rake in tax dollars from many countries for years to come.

, you forget one thing, comments on the internet can be deleted, if you want to know how people think look at their behavior in real life, i’ve observed (at least where i am) unvaxxed are banned from eating indoors at restaurants, everyone’s eating outside, unvaxxed are banned from movie theaters, movie theater’s business goes to shits, and so on… guess people won’t stand for this 😜

That was from Ars Technia. While there are many smart folks on that site they are mostly fairly progressive although you do run past the occasional actual classic liberal from time time. So I have no doubt that site is reflective of that pool of opinions. But you are right, there is a whole other side to that story you won’t see on that site.

Companies are adopting COVID vaccine mandates for employees. So why aren’t all vaccine makers?

Only two of the three makers of COVID-19 vaccines approved for use in the U.S. require their own employees to get the shot or be tested weekly.

            And whom does not?

Moderna is the outlier. The Cambridge, Massachusetts, company, which supplies 41% of the nation’s vaccine, has no vaccination mandate.

With so many companies now demanding the employees get the jab, and a company that makes 2/5’s of the supply does not?

“We have safety and testing protocols in place, but no such requirement at this time,” Moderna spokesperson Ray Jordan said in an email.

So if it is good enough for them…

Moderna is a relatively small company, with just 1,500 employees. That could mean it’s afraid of giving any of them cause to leave, said Dr. Gregory Poland, director of the Mayo Clinic’s Vaccine Research Group.

So only large companies can force their employees to get jabbed?

Not requiring employees at a company making COVID-19 vaccine to be vaccinated against the disease seems counterintuitive, several experts said.

Vivian Riefberg, a professor of practice at the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, said a vaccine mandate from vaccine makers could show faith in their product.

“It could send a signal to other companies that could be valuable,” she said.

As does its NOT mandating their employees getting a drug put into their bodies they themselves produce.

Retsef Levi, an expert in risk management at the MIT Sloan School of Management said he sees mandates as problematic scientifically, ethically and practically.

Scientifically, he said, that vaccination – while a good idea for individuals to dramatically reduce their chances of hospitalization or death – won’t guarantee an employee can’t catch COVID-19. Breakthrough infections, while rare, can happen to people who have been vaccinated.

So with all this talk of being double vax’d and booster shots, what does this tell everyone?

Ethically, he said companies shouldn’t force employees to get vaccinated (or penalize ones who don’t by requiring regular testing) because people should have freedom of choice for medical treatments.

And practically, mandates often backfire, he said, making people who dowant to get vaccinated even more reluctant.

All employees will have to get used to the idea, Levi said, that no one will be perfectly protected against COVID-19, even if everyone else in the office is vaccinated.

“It’s not zero risk,” he said.

            Where I am:

Currently, 81 per cent of those in hospital with COVID-19 in … are unvaccinated, while 14.03 per cent are fully vaccinated and 4.98 per cent are partially vaccinated.

19% of those IN THE HOSIPTAL have had a JAB!

You can still get it, you can still spread it, and you can still DIE from it, even if you got the jab.

Why would Moderna employees get vaxxed with the first ever mRNA-tech based product of a company that always had their products blocked from market releases due to safety concerns during normal procedures and had their first product approved for use during a crisis that lowered the effective testing requirements and procedures to be allowed onto said market?

They’re scientists, supposedly. Everyone knows respectable scientists don’t do guinea pig testing on themselves, especially not in vivo.

Comortality, or rather, Comirnaty, as the Pfizer fake vaccine has been formally dubbed after being approved by the US Food and Drug Administration, is now ready for the next propaganda push:

Today, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration approved the first COVID-19 vaccine. The vaccine has been known as the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19 Vaccine, and will now be marketed as Comirnaty (koe-mir’-na-tee), for the prevention of COVID-19 disease in individuals 16 years of age and older. The vaccine also continues to be available under emergency use authorization (EUA), including for individuals 12 through 15 years of age and for the administration of a third dose in certain immunocompromised individuals.

“The FDA’s approval of this vaccine is a milestone as we continue to battle the COVID-19 pandemic. While this and other vaccines have met the FDA’s rigorous, scientific standards for emergency use authorization, as the first FDA-approved COVID-19 vaccine, the public can be very confident that this vaccine meets the high standards for safety, effectiveness, and manufacturing quality the FDA requires of an approved product,” said Acting FDA Commissioner Janet Woodcock, M.D. “While millions of people have already safely received COVID-19 vaccines, we recognize that for some, the FDA approval of a vaccine may now instill additional confidence to get vaccinated. Today’s milestone puts us one step closer to altering the course of this pandemic in the U.S.”

I wonder what the odds are on Comirnaty being “voluntarily withdrawn” by Pfizer faster than Vioxx was withdrawn by Merck five years and four months after being FDA-approved? At least 2-1, I’d think.

Now that Comirnaty has been formally declared to meet the US government’s high standards for safety and effectiveness, there is obviously no need for Pfizer to be provided any more immunity from legal liability, right?

UPDATE: Karl Denninger notes that the FDA broke the law with this approval, and furthermore, has rendered the administration of both the Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines illegal.

So the FDA has “fully approved” the Pfizer jab for Covid.

In doing so standing alone they have broken the law and thus have irrevocably destroyed their authority and any reason for anyone to ever do anything based on them ever again.

            Let me explain.

Under black letter law an EUA is illegal if there is an alternative that is considered safe, effective and available. This was the reason the FDA did not (for 18 months!) run the studies and evaluate them on other early-intervention drugs for Covid-19. We all know what they are. I’m living proof they work too, as are millions of others worldwide.

But, more-importantly, this “full approval” voids all other vaccine EUAs for Covid-19. That is, under the law the Moderna and J&J instantly became illegal to offer or use within the United States.

The makers can apply for full authorization, of course, but the EUAs are void as of this morning and under black letter law cannot be administered to anyone in the United States as they are now unlicensed and unlawful products in human beings until and unless they are given full approval themselves. No medical provider can offer or administer any other than the Pfizer Covid-19 shot in the United States as of the moment of that approval.

You can bet the law will be ignored; note MRNAs stock price this morning. It should have instantly been cut in half.

In addition the FDA broke the law itself when it issued the “approval.” The law requires a full hearing and the data from the full set of trials; the trials are not capable of being completed until early 2022 by the original submissions and they deliberately did not hold the hearing. This is a black letter violation of the law as well, but nobody cares.

So, is this rush to get FDA to say it has approved one of these drugs to make those who still will NOT get any of theses drugs into their body more willing to take it?

And since all those others are now “illegal”, does their protection vs covid no longer valid?

Does all the sheep now need to get the ONLY FDA approved drug, even if it means it will be their third or forth jab for covid?

Will the US only recognize Vax-Passorts if it is from the ONLY FDA approved drug?

That statement ONLY makes things more confusing… something we have expected with the biden mis-administration, IMO.

Vaccine Mandates Move Ahead After F.D.A. Approval of Pfizer Shot

Full federal approval for the Pfizer-BioNTech coronavirus vaccine for those 16 and older is opening the way for institutions like the military, corporate employers, hospitals and school districts to announce vaccine mandates for their employees.

As if that detail had stopped many corporations from already mandating them.

“Today’s news marks a critical moment for people who were concerned about getting vaccinated due to the vaccines being authorized for emergency use,” the statement said. “With millions of data points on the vaccine’s safety and efficacy over nearly nine months of vaccinations, every ‘i’ is dotted and every ‘t’ is crossed.”

But it still does not list “long-term side effects”!

So in the short term (9 months), while where has been “side effects”, they are rare enough to be mostly ignored by the legacy media, politicians, etc.

The F.D.A.’s approval action on Monday could reinforce the legal standing of some mandates and pave the way for some organizations to impose stricter requirements and no longer allow employees the option of frequent testing as an alternative to getting vaccinated.

“Show Us Your Papers!”  or “NO JOB FOR YOU!”  nazis!

…full approval of the vaccine would make a difference, “mostly by providing confidence to businesses, schools, and yes, our military to mandate vaccines. And it is already starting to happen.”

By forcing people to get a drug put into your body you do not want/trust.

And as mentioned in another article:

Politicizing COVID-19 vaccine mandates could backfire, experts warn.

When you have celebrities and politicians that are pushing an agenda, and they come out demanding we get this drug, the pushback is real.

…turning the question of mandatory vaccination into a wedge issue “may rub people the wrong way,”

“They may perceive a lack of sincerity in what the leaders are saying, and they may see this as simply (a means of) political gain. And people see political gain as selfish gain,” …

            Exactly.

Some people, he said, “just don’t feel ready” — and further politicizing the issue of vaccine mandates “may push people further away,” he warned.

So we see who all are pushing for the jabs, and say “I do NOT trust you, your agenda, your message.”

But talk to a trusted someone.  A family member, a friend, your local medical professionals.

All they can do is repeat the same the legacy media and those others people are stating.

As one who does not travel, I won’t missing taking planes, trains, or cruise ships.

As one who does not drive across national borders, I won’t miss it.

As one who does not working for any government (federal, state/provincial/municipal), I won’t miss it.

As one who does not eat-in at restaurants/bars, I won’t miss it.

As one who can’t afford to go to concerts, live events, or sporting events, I won’t miss it.

As one who does not go to a movie theater (last time was the Last Jedi – 2017), I won’t miss it.  Besides, there is no new movies WORTH seeing in the theater, IMO.

Remember when the FDA approved Quaaludes, which are now considered a Schedule 1 drug like heroin?

The FDA also approved DES, a “synthetic form of estrogen, was marketed to the expecting mother who preferred to have a healthy baby. It claimed to prevent spontaneous abortion, miscarriage, and premature labor. Studies soon showed that mothers who took DES during the first five months of pregnancy were more likely to suffer from complications with their reproductive systems. The FDA finally banned it in 1971.”

The FDA approved Vioxx, “an anti-inflammatory medication intended to treat arthritis, was the subject of one of the largest recalls in history. After it was approved in 1999, it was prescribed to over 20 million people and was one of the most widely prescribed drugs of 2003. The following year, it was recalled. One of the FDA’s own scientists, Dr. David Graham, estimated that Vioxx had been associated with more than 27,000 heart attacks or deaths linked to cardiac problems.”

            #238360

Ah, so it’s basically “Congrats on the first fully approved vaccine, don’t mind the legal mess.” Got it.

New CDC studies point to waning immunity from vaccines

The publication of the studies comes a week after the agency released its first three reports on vaccine efficacy, the Delta variant and breakthrough infections. One of those analyses showed that vaccine effectiveness among adults in New York declined from 91.7 percent in early May to 79.8 percent by late July.

A 12% drop in effectiveness after almost 3 months.

Both recent sets of CDC studies show that breakthrough infections in vaccinated people are still rare. But they also add to growing evidence that protection from Covid-19 shots lessens over time, which agency officials say supports their recommendation that Americans receive booster shots eight months after their initial vaccination.

So big pharma will be the big winner.  How much funding$ did they contribute to those report$?

Two senior administration officials said the CDC has kept its vaccine efficacy and breakthrough infection cohort data from other senior Biden officials. That has raised questions within the administration about why the agency decided to recommend booster shots.

Could be because the numbers are WAY HIGHER than what the legacy media has been reporting.

And where in the past any death as being recorded as a result of covid, these deaths might being classified as something else to hide the true numbers.

CDC officials pointed to recent state data on breakthrough infection states, and its New York study, as clear proof that Americans need booster shots. But critics inside the Biden administration and outside health experts have argued the CDC has not presented enough evidence to support doling a second round of shots domestically when dozens of countries are still struggling to get a hold of first doses.

And WHO has been calling on nations to NOT do booster shots while so many of the world is without them.

When politics are involved, you can’t trust what is being said, IMO.

            #238498

Are you ready to get a jab booster before the end of the year, and again next year, and the year after that because…

What Is the ‘COVID-22 Variant’ and Should Americans Be Worried?

Yes, they are already talking about it.

The term appears to have been coined by Sai Reddy, a professor of synthetic immunology at ETH Zurich, a public research university in Switzerland.

In an interview with German-language newspaper Blick on August 22, Reddy discussed the potential for future COVID variants to arise that could potentially be worse than others the world has experienced so far—a reasonable concern echoed by others as well.

Reddy went on to describe the delta variant as “no longer COVID-19” and instead referred to it as “COVID-21.”

He added, translated from German: “It is the next phase of the pandemic when Beta or Gamma become more infectious or Delta develops escape mutations. That will be the big problem for the coming year. Covid-22 could get worse than what we are witnessing now.”

            SO what is it?

“COVID is an abbreviation for Coronavirus Disease. The virus that causes this is SARS-CoV-2.”

“Delta is not COVID-21 or a variant of COVID-19—it is a variant of SARS-CoV-2. Any future variants will also be SARS-CoV-2.”

So why are we hearing the delta variant is a variant of Covid-19?  Because it fits the agenda, IMO.

“Regardless of the naming, there is a real risk of future variants. Each time the virus infects someone it changes a little,” he told Newsweek.

“Since the beginning of the pandemic we have seen the virus change, becoming more and more transmissible. More recently we have seen variants that have begun to somewhat evade the protection provided by the vaccines.”

            The fear mongering continues.

            #238500

Booster shots. Someone put out a tweet that said something like Congratulations if you took all your shots, your immune system has just become a subscription service.

If you took the vaccine, you will need booster shots to keep your immune system going.
Your immune system is now a subscription service.

Big Pharma wants to turn your immune system into a subscription service.
“Buy your next booster shot! Stay healthy with Pfizer!”

Being fully vaxxinated isn’t enough, You now need booster shots.
How much does an immune system replacement subscription service cost?
