My name is Garrett Hayden (Username LenozarHero) and I am trying break into comics/manga. My first shot at it is going to be Soul’s Requiem, a sci-fi themed story that takes place 200 years in the future on a desert planet. I really want this story to do well and be given the chance I hope it deserves. But I really need the help of the community to get me feedback and advice so that Soul’s Requiem will get the best chances to succeed. This forum will be a place for those curious about my work and a place I can interact with other creators. I hope to earn interest for my manga through the merits of my talent and hard work. I have a story to tell and I wanna share it with everybody! For this forum, I have a few questions of my own that I invite those joining the discussion to consider:
- Is there anything I, Garrett, can do to be transparent about the work I will release?
- Would you be interested in seeing drafts and scripts of the the comic before it releases?
- When the time comes, would it be preferable for me to release a page a week as they are created or to release the whole book all at once?
- How can I improve as a creator or in regards to the questions above?
