Do guys got any Superman Comics that you would like to recommend?

Tell me how many issues does each of these comics have?

Up up and AWAY!

I think the biggest story arc would have been the “Death of…”, plus the “Reign of the Supermen”, and the “Return of Superman”.

These three arcs make up one BIG arc, and must be read as a whole.

They are collected in:

Superman The Death and Return of Superman Omnibus HC (2007 DC) 1st Edition comic books

There are other great story arcs, but this is the BIG ONE!

This is one of my very favorite Superman story’s. Superman’s Panic in the Sky Collects in Action Comics (1938-2011 DC) #674-676, Superman: The Man of Steel (1991-2003) #9-11, Superman (1987-2011 2nd Series) #65-67, and Adventures of Superman (1987-2006) #488-490. There’s also a trade of it too.

“Panic in the Sky!” involved the return of Brainiac who seized control of Warworld and used it to take punitive action against the planet Earth.

Yes, I would second this story arc.

Again, some good choices here (Death and Return of Superman, in particular, is underrated.) I’d nominate:

All-Star Superman: Grant Morrison’s 12 issue love-letter to the character.

Superman For All Seasons: Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale, doing for Superman what they did for Batman in The Long Halloween.

JLA by Grant Morrison and Howard Porter: though not a Superman series per se, this still has some all-time great Superman moments.
