This issue is multiplatform. It is widespread and it is setting the stage for the weaponize of the DMCA.

The DMCA must be addressed or we will lose everything we hold dear online.

I think others besides Dr. Disrespect have been banned as well but Dr. Disrespect IS the biggest name to fall to the weaponization of the DMCA so far.
