As a Season Pass Holder, I ride this many times a year, in fact was just on it twice last week 14th and 19th and saw and felt nothing out of the ordinary. Speculatively as many will wonder, I would guess it was one of several things.

      1. We are in a drought and then got heavy rain that may have caused the tracks to shift or wash-out. As this happened late in the day after the rains that makes since.
      2. There are many leaves falling and were wet, believe it or not they have caused derailments several times.

Regardless of the reason, thank god injuries were minor with what appears to only be 6 needing to go to the hospital with minor injuries.

Very happy it seems minor and I am very glad everyone appears ok with just minor stuff.  My prayers for the park and those injured.
