Dude I did not twist your words at all, please. I did nothing but call out facts and backed them up and to the point where I think we are really saying much the same thing. My only overring point here is that red meat is not bad for you in anyway under NORMAL circumstances. It’s not less healthy either so long as you have a balanced diet. Sure, if you are consuming too much sodium then yeah, have a salad or some fish. Fish is really good stuff actually, a whole other topic.

And yes people tend to ingest too much sodium but that’s not coming from red meat or chicken or anything like that. That comes in when you eat prepacked garbage usually. So if you are cooking your food most of the time you generally are not overdoing the sodium, it’s when you are microwaving your stuff that it tends to happen.

Generally if it comes from a box or a bag it’s not great for you. If it was grown in a field or a pasture it tends to be healthy. Of course everything needs balance.

14 grams of red meat per day… 14 FUCKING GRAMS??? Those loonatics can go fuck themselve!!

Meat is among the least problems with Americans’ diet. Sugars, gluten, hydrogenated vegetable oils etc are all far worse than red meat. Red meat is perfectly healthy… if it’s grass fed.

Our ancestors survived on almost nothing but red meat and fish during long winters.

            Sugars, gluten

Are also things humans need in moderation, they are NOT bad for you!

No food group should be avoided unless you have allergies or intollerances

I have no idea what hydrogenated oil is, but usually humans don’t drink oil directly from the bottle so it’s also not a big deal, unless you live off exclusively deep fried food

But not in supplementation! We don’t need added sugars to anything. Our ancestors didn’t add sugar to their food, and got what sugars they needed from vegetables and fruits. It’s one thing to pick some berries which have natural sugars and a million other nutrients, or to add sugar to cereal or bread (and everything else).

Here’s something to consider. Some 60+ % of the US population are overweight. One of the reasons is the added sugar. Take something as simple as a yoghurt or even a soft drink for example. On the package, you see a picture of nice fresh fruits and it says “natural flavors”. In reality, that “natural” strawberry flavor in your yoghurt comes is a byproduct of wood chippings from a paper factory (not a joke). The yoghurt is sweetened with tons of sugar and acidified with citric acid (which is made from a toxic mold, aspergillus). Your taste buds taste the sweetness and sourness, and your brain sends a signal to your gut that you’re eating a fruit. Your gut prepares all kinds of digestive enzymes for it, expecting the secondary nutrients, minerals etc that you would get from a strawberry. But there is no strawberry. You were tricked. All these enzymes you produced are not fed. What happens? You stay hungry. You want more. You buy more. You eat more. You intake more sugar and become overweight and get diabetes. It’s a sign of our sick modern world that so many people are both obese and undernourished at the same time.

Hydrogenated vegetable oil is, quite simply, really bad for you.

Compared to all that, even red meat is super healthy. Especially when it’s been grass fed. The reason for this crusade against meat isn’t because it’s unhealthy, nor because it’s killing the planet. The elites just realized they can keep us fed more cheaply, which means they can take even more from us.

@Wisdom, guess what? I can’t digest raw fruits and vegetables, gives me stomach cramps and occasionally diarrhea, add to that i have low blood sugar, so i DO need added sugar to get the nutrients i need

People don’t get fat because of added sugar, people get fat because they eat too bloody much full stop

Moral of the story: if you don’t have the self controll to stop eating sugary snacks when your body’s had enough, tough fucking shit for you, don’t ruin things for the rest of us, fat-ass
