Just look at the FACTS!
And of those only 29% had a corresponding prosecution.
87% of all offenders had a prior arrest history.
So the killers and kill again and again!
What stands out the most looking at both charts and knowing that 90% of the victims are male is that a lot of young, Black men are being killed in Chicago. No race comes even close to overall deaths by homicide. Keep in mind that based on 2010 Census numbers, only 33% of Chicago’s population was classified as Black.
If we replace the word BLACK, this would be considered a MAJOR issue.
The solution has to be the BLACK community has to change from this culture of killings, violence, and disrespecting they fellow citizens.
Until and unless that happens, they are nothing more than self-inflicted misery that is spilling out and hurting innocent people.
