Call of the Night has been the anime I’ve currently been following most actively. The artstyle looks nice, the soundtrack is catchy, and the characters have been interesting so far. Nazuna is amusing, and Kou has been interesting to watch as he gets more involved in the night time and the vampires. That, and his blunt responses to things. The setting itself gives me Durarara!! vibes, and I’m not fully sure why. The fact that the cast often navigates the city during night time, perhaps. It’s got two more episodes left, and I hope that it gets another season.
I also watched the first three episodes of Lycoris Recoil. It’s alright, though I haven’t kept up with it as enthusiastically as Call of the Night. Granted, it seems like there’s almost always something occupying my time. I do want to catch up with this one.
Definitely loving cyberpunk edge runners. I know the issues with the game but studio trigger made an awesome series. The animation and music 🎵 are amazing. I know they add edge runners content with the latest update.
