Its the simple things that make modeling fun.
Speaking of head swapd I put an early Ral Parths Dragonlance minotaur head on this newer Reaper knight body some years ago.

These Imperial Guard are converted from standard Cadians using a head swap.

Started on this yesterday. Didnt notice till she came out of the packaging the face was off. Left eye was lower than the right by a noticable margin.
This was the fix on the face. Finished the job today.

Hobgoblin priestess I finished the other day. I added the skull mask to the figure as she represents a god of death. Second image is the same figure w/o the modification.

This piece took me 3 – 4 days to complete. The wings & tail are not part of the origional molding.
