Wendell and Wild Scare Up Trailer #2

Today, Netflix released another trailer for Wendell and Wild, Henry Selick‘s upcoming film starring Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele. The comedic duo portrays a pair of demons in the animated horror comedy. Check out the latest trailer here:

I don’t think this trailer is quite as good as the first one, and it reveals a lot more about the plot. Apparently, Kat is a “demonmaiden,” meaning she has some special connection with demons. Presumably, this is why she can interact with Wendell and Wild. I’m still excited for the film; I love Henry Selick’s work, and I like Key and Peele from what I know of them. I just liked the simplicity of the first trailer and think concepts like being a demonmaiden will work better in context.
