Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales PS5

Personally, I think PS4 Spider-Man is the most overrated title on the platform besides the original The Last of Us but it was worth the 15 bucks I gave for it.
As long as they’s not enough time between now and it’s release to heavily change it to pander to the current political climate, it could be cool. If they have the time, don’t be surprised if they decide his dad deserved to die and change him into a crooked cop. There’s also the fact Yuri goes bad in the last DLC. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if she’s targeting, exclusively, black folk in the game.

I could give them the benefit of the doubt, but it’s Sony. They don’t deserve the benefit of the doubt.

I’m curious what black people think of it. Do they like race swapped Spider-Man? Or do they think its kind of cheap like I do. He’s never going to be the best Spider-Man. He will be forgotten. I want a Spider-Man 4 video game with Tobey Maguire. Instead of making the movie make it a video game. When it comes to black superheros why not make a Black Panther game? That could be really cool

They SJWed the game it’s a spin off from up, why wouldn’t they SJW this up?

1. The main cop character turns out to be a villain
2. Everything about Silver Sable
3. They turned Mary Jane into discount Lois Lane because her actual character would be considered problematic
4. Even though his character was done really well, we know the real reason Miles was included.
5. The peachy environmentalism that is Harry’s side quest
6. Harry’s mother is perfect in every way and his dad has 0 redeeming qualities

I could go on but it is certainly there and not a little way.
They were just smart enough to put a decent story around it (even though the story kinda falls apart around the middle because of how illogical Mary Jane’s reasoning for going full Karen on Peter is).
It’s a decent story, focused on characters people know with a super casualized version of 1 of the best combat systems ever.
So, it’s easy to overlook it because there are a lot of positives but it is 100% a full blown SJW game.
