We talk about “racism” but what does real institutional racism look like. It looks like this:
If you’re Black, you automatically receive a (+230) to your recorded SAT score.
If you’re Hispanic, you automatically receive a (+185) to your recorded SAT score.
If you’re Asian, you automatically receive a (-50) to your recorded SAT score.
