Newegg has had some real crappy service lately and several of my buddies have reported bad things from buying from them. Does anyone use another website for buying computer parts and whatnot?

There is Tiger Direct. Though I usually use Newegg without much of an issue.

I’ve used both Amazon and Best Buy for parts without issue. Walmart can be hit or miss when ordering online cause they’ll easily tell you something is available then refund you if their stock is low.

When it comes to Newegg, I bet that any time some one complains about having an issue with Newegg, it’s always going to be probably buying from another seller besides Newegg itself. Newegg, like Amazon, has allowed other “storefronts” to sell on the site. This is one of the most important things to look out for when buying from either I feel. I always when buying from Newegg make sure I’m buying from Newegg itself, you can choose the seller in the left hand option. I have never had an issue with Newegg when I bought from Newegg itself. I had to buy my NVME with my most recent build from another seller though besides Newegg, beyond shipping time, I had no issue, but always make sure to read reviews of that seller before purchasing.|

Edit: Also, I think that if you have an issue with another seller, you have to contact them directly, not Newegg, for customer service.  Newegg customer service is there for Newegg sales and not support for issues if you bought from another seller.
