Report: Unvaccinated players to be barred from arenas in cities with mandates
Players who have not received COVID-19 shots in NBA cities with vaccine mandates will be barred from entering arenas or facilities for team activities unless they have a medical or religious exemption, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.
Another level of blackmail.
According to The New York Times, the NBA has a vaccination rate of 90 per cent, second to the NFL at 93 per cent and ahead of the NHL at 85 per cent.
What next? Make a player unable to enter the draft/be signed by a team unless you “HAVE YOUR PAPERS”! to show you got the required jabs, boosters, etc.
Will that also extend to international games/tournaments?
Oh gess, the LA 2028 Olympics, we BAN you and your athletes from participating because you have not gotten your 12th booster shot!

Notice just how soulless the celebrity class is and the musicians. No rappers or rockers or actors are standing with the public against the lockdowns. None of them are heroes. They are all fake fraud pretenders.

Sharks associate coach Thompson no longer on staff due to new COVID-19 protocols
Rocky Thompson, an associate coach with the San Jose Sharks, is no longer a member of the team’s staff because, as an unvaccinated individual, he would be unable to fulfil his duties under the league’s new COVID-19 protocols.
Why?
“Due to a medical exemption that prevents me from taking the COVID-19 vaccine, under the new league protocols, I am not permitted to fulfill my duties on the Sharks coaching staff at this time,” Thompson said in a statement released by the Sharks.
So for medical reasons, he has been…. FIRED!
The NHL and NHLPA finalized new protocols for the 2021-22 season on Thursday, with a series of restrictions on unvaccinated individuals.
Among the new protocols was a mandate that any person whose job, role, position or access entails or entitles them to have interactions within 12 feet of players must be fully vaccinated.
No exceptions, not even for medical reasons.
Welcome to 1984 I mean 2021.

The NHL is set to return to the Olympics in Beijing this winter after reaching an agreement with international officials, though the league and players have the opportunity to withdraw if pandemic circumstances warrant.
And some of the specifics are?
COVID-19 insurance is not part of the agreement, though Fasel confirmed the IIHF will provide a $5 million fund for any lost salary because of the disease. Vaccinations are expected to be required, and players will have their contracts insured for injury.
No jab, no travel, no participation.
You get sick with a virus, you can draw from a pool of only $5 Million dollars.
The NHL/PA CBA on what happens while you are in isolation would then happen once the season restarts?
Or if you don’t get you OWN virus insurance, does that mean you are out of luck, pay wise while you are in isolation?
The IOC will still cover injury insurance, but as stated, not Illness coverage.
I still HATE that Professional Athletes are in the Olympics.
In hockey, you have the WORLD Championships!
The Olympics IMO, should still be the pinnacle of amature sports.

September 2021: Vaccination Mandates (even though they say you will never be forced) by employers and state government. Indoor and Outdoor Mask Mandates by local and or state government. Vaccine Passports in some places. Mass Hysteria and Fear everywhere you go.

First it was 2 weeks to slow the spread
Second was Social Distancing an Mask Third was shutting down all but “essential” business
Fourth was No parades, Sporting events “in person” but ok limited maybe
5th was get the vaccine
6th was Get the vaccine and continue social distancing
7th was now you need a 3rd shot plus a booster “count on it” I am sure I have missed some of the BS out of this mans mouth an the politicians.
But let me remind you of a couple things. Survival rate is better than 99%. The Shots are making companies Billions. Follow the money, Pfizer charges $19.50 per shot at just USA doses 333,000,000 that is 6,493,500,000 x’s 3 courses plus the booster so 25,974,000,000 BILLION in the US alone. An25,974,000,000 count on the fact they make more than that off it.
Average time for a new Drug from inception to approval is almost 17 years, This is to protect people from complications including potential long term affects. Final thought, Justice Department Announces Largest Health Care Fraud Settlement in Its History Pfizer to Pay $2.3 Billion for Fraudulent Marketing. And you trust them, and are willing to put something in your body they made?

Edmonton Oilers general manager Ken Holland confirmed his team will have one unvaccinated player when the season starts, while forward Tyler Bertuzzi of the Detroit Red Wings also joined the list of NHLers without the COVID-19 vaccine on Wednesday.
Only one on each team?
The NHL and NHL Players’ Association did not impose a vaccine mandate on players, but restrictions — including the potential of not being able to cross the border from the U.S. into Canada without a lengthy quarantine — will make things challenging for those who are not vaccinated.
What else?
The Columbus Blue Jackets did not invite unvaccinated forward Zac Rinaldo to NHL camp and earlier dumped an assistant coach who declined to get vaccinnated. New York Islanders GM Lou Lamoriello said he was in the process of figuring out what to do with his team’s lone unvaccinated player, with assignment to Europe among the options.
In other words, even without a league wide mandate, teams are looking at punishing those who decided not to get the jab.
So with restrictions on border crossings, and some states/arenas also having mandates in place to prevent those who decided against the jab that they are NOT welcome/refusing entry/etc, is just a very sad sad day for not just sports, but our western civilization as well.
