I can answer your question.  Obama signed a law that essentially made propaganda legal.  Also, a lot of the higher-ups at CNN are members of the CIA.  I have literally been in their offices and worked with some of their people.  Anderson Cooper for example is a Vanderbilt who “interned” at the CIA.  Hate to tell people… you never leave the CIA especially if you come from one of the richest families in the history of America.

Anyhow, on Obama and Propaganda:

The Defense Authorization Act had a much more significant act buried deep inside it, under layers of legislation — the Countering Foreign propaganda and Disinformation Act.  Signed by President Barrack Obama and introduced by two congressmen, Adam Kinziger (Republican) and Ted Lieu (Democrat), this act is meant to combat “foreign disinformation and manipulation.”  This essentially made propaganda legal and they snuck it in without 99.9% of the American people even knowing it exists.
