DEDF1SH Update (May contain spoilers)

With Side Order released, we see that Acht (Dedf1sh) is in the DLC. Now, I was worried that Splatoon NA used they/them pronouns for Acht in the tweet, but Acht uses they/them in the game. There’s a line in the game where Pearl says: “What’s that Eight? Are they woooorried about us?” Pearl was referring to Acht and no one else. Same goes for Marina saying this line: “I don’t know if that’s the full story. As long as I’ve known Acht, they’ve liked cramped spaces and leaning against walls. Isn’t that true?” Looks like my fear of Nintendo getting woke has come true.
