So what do you guys think of the 2005 and 2007 Fantastic Four movies by Tim Story that starred Chris Evans and Jessica Alba? For me they weren’t really action packed, kinda not to the standard of the MCU movies in terms of story telling or fun, but I mainly liked the 2 movies because………Jessica Alba looked good as a blonde squeezed into that blue spandex cat suit.

Jessica Alba can’t act her way out of a paper bag but by the Gods she was the best Invisible Woman cosplayer ever in the two Tim Story Fantastic Four movies and I wanted to marry her more than anything after seeing both movies when I was a teenager.

I swear sometimes I would watch a really really terrible movie or show just cause I had a crush on an actress in the movie or show and the Tim Story movies are among my list.

Also just as a bonus…I liked the first two live action Transformers movies just cause I had a crush on Megan Fox.

That film technically wasn’t released to the public until the internet age when someone leaked it out, this 1990s Fantastic Four film was created by Fox just to keep the movie rights from reverting back I think but I could be wrong.

I actually liked the one from 2005. Was it awesome? No, but it was pretty good. And it was FAR superior to the garbage they put out now. I rather rub shaved glass and lemon juice on my t@aint then watch Captain Marvel. I turned off End Game within like 10mins.

Don’t feel bad. I have a Salma Hayek movie collection for the same reason.

How many movies did we go through where they set up Thanos as this all powerful almost God like being? I mean he defeats the entire team essentially and wipes out half the universe. And within 10mins Captain Marvel runs up and rips his head off. Yeah, that’s not totally stupid. Good job to the writers for making something unbelievable even when you are in the state of suspended belief because it’s a comic movie.

With that said, I might have not given the movie a chance but I found that so moronic I turned it off. Plus anything with Captain Marvel seems overly forced and ridiculous. And then what’s her faces acting is as flat as her butt which shows badly when you are in a movie surrounded by fairly talented people. But I will reiterate I might not have given it a fair shake.

The 2005 Fantastic Four film was the first Marvel film I ever saw just before the first X-Men film…and only because a friend of mine happened to persuade me to watch it for her birthday by saying “because Lancelot is in it!” so that was a sell for me😂. I enjoyed it and I’m not ashamed of admiting that I liked the second one even though it wasn’t as good as the first. I can understand why they did what they did with Galactus on there though. I think a lot of none-comic book fans wouldn’t have taken it seriously enough if they saw a giant guy in tights stuffing planets down his throat😂. At least you got to see his true form every now and again though which is better than what I’m guessing Disney will do with him🙄

As for the 2015 version…I would’ve been fine with a darker take on the F4 and a race-swapped JS…but everything else that they did with it put me right off from watching it. Even I was cringing at it. Jamie Bell as The Thing? He’s a good actor but…that’s probably the WORST casting choice that I can think of for that role.

??? But Thor cut off Thanos’s head
