Federal Appeals Court Strikes Down Gun Law Used in Hunter Biden Case

A three-judge panel unanimously ruled that the law, which barred “unlawful users” of a controlled substance from possessing firearms, was unconstitutional and violated the Second Amendment.

    WTF!

The law has recently had public exposure after federal prosecutors alleged Hunter Biden violated it as part of a plea deal that also detailed alleged tax crimes committed by the president’s son.

So a far left activist court ruled that in order to protect the Bidens, they struck down this law that was used against a Biden who violated it, when they knew it was part of their plea deal?

“In short, our history and tradition may support some limits on an intoxicated person’s right to carry a weapon, but it does not justify disarming a sober citizen based exclusively on his past drug usage,” the opinion from the panel reads.

But this Biden has been far from sober, and is still very much active drug user.  (aka cocaine in the WH.)

Once again, it is rules for thee, not for me.

I do hope the Supreme Court overturns this ruling, on the grounds it is a reasonable under the circumstances.

And I find it ironic, the family (Bidens) who want to get rid of the Second Amendment is now using the Second Amendment as a shield.

Hunter is an afterthought.  We already know they are criminals.  There is probably nothing to be gained by running down Hunter in my opinion.  One could argue properly prosecuting him could lead to discovering things against Biden.  But that won’t happen while Biden is president and even if it did taking out Biden does -ZERO-.  Biden is not in control of anything and neither is Kamala.  They are simply grifting puppets.

The root issue is the unelected bureaucrats running the White House and many of the elected folks in Congress working with them (both parties).  Targeting anything outside of that is a waste of effort and time in my opinion.

But in Hunter’s case, we get to see part of the money train (and them being bought out), compromising individuals who swore to represent the people who elected them.

Just like that person (I think it was a republican) who said his priority is NOT to the American People, but to Ukraine (and keeping the war going).  Just that statement alone no one should vote them back in, IMO.

It’s a foregone conclusion by anyone paying even the slightest attention that they are all corrupt as hell.  Chasing Hunter is a waste. Impeaching Biden is even a bigger waste.

I think the key is to get the folks who don’t pay attention or are stuck in the mainstream feedback loop to break free from the Matrix.  I don’t think exposing the already exposed Hunter or Joe Biden gets that done.  I think what does is changing the culture.  And I don’t mean forcing a change on people because you have to lead the horse to water.  They have to be offered something they don’t have now in a quasi-attractive manner.  Once they see the light, they can’t unsee it.

Now that counts as long as there are even semi-free elections.  The moment the tyrant boot comes down then revolution and I mean full on is the only way.

“The problem with socialism is that you can vote your way into it but you need to shoot your way out of it.”

Hunter Biden Says Prosecutors Reneged on Plea Deal

Hunter Biden’s legal team said late Sunday the Justice Department had decided to “renege on the previously agreed-upon plea agreement,” escalating a dispute that is threatening to become a factor in the 2024 presidential race…

Like the Blanket Immunity that the judge threw out that the DOJ of put in to protect the Bidens?

The exchange comes after prosecutors on Friday disclosed that plea talks with the president’s son had broken down and Attorney General Merrick Garland named Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss as a special counsel to continue the investigation and prosecution related to Hunter Biden’s tax and business dealings.

After over six years of stalling, and now will continue well past the POTUS elections.

        What happened?

Under questions from the judge about both sides’ understanding of the agreements—including whether the government expected to bring any further charges against him—Hunter Biden reversed course, pleaded not guilty, and left the deal in limbo.

Biden, the DOJ, and the DEMons, all wanted their criminal activities to be swept under the carpet, but the judge asked the questions neither partner wanted spoken of.

In the three-page filing Sunday, the younger Biden’s legal team provided more details about the talks, saying prosecutors had proposed and “largely dictated” the language in the plea agreement…

Because the DOJ is trying to protect the Bidens and prosecute their opponents (ie. they are weaponizing the justice department).

In the new filing, Hunter Biden’s team said prosecutors had previously conveyed otherwise, saying that “his understanding of the scope of immunity agreed to by the United States is also corroborated by prosecutors’ contemporaneous written and oral communications during the plea negotiations.”

Plead guilty to a small offence and get blank immunity for the very serious ones, that is not how justice should be.

          Politicians are akin to magicians.

They cause a brief fuss in one hand that you stare at because it’s bright and flashy while the other hand that you do not now see pulls off the trick leaving you stupefied and amazed simply because you fell for the misdirection.  Except with politicians the end result is amazement as to how you lost your freedoms and money.

Concealed carry in Florida baby. Keeping this state red and my rights right where they’ve always been. And thank the Lord for any blue state pansy ready to move out. Bring the red in, let the blue cry somewhere else.
