Ian, is a loveable character on TimCast. Sure (in my opinion), he seems misguided sometimes, but he is a super positive guy who is always thinking forward. You can’t fault that attitude.
But for goodness sakes man, stop this CO2 for graphene thing.
Is graphene going to revolution computing? Maybe, but the idea that we will yank carbon out the air to make it is entirely silly to me.
I personally find this thought process that CO2 = bad incorrect as well as the notion that there is too much of it and that it will raise temps.
Furthermore, cutting down swaths of forest/trees and foliage (THAT YANK CO2 OUT THE AIR) to make a manmade structure that does the same absolutely insane.
This is no different than the plan that is IN MOTION NOW with the Biden admin giving billions out to fund hydrogen energy attempts. I am certain this is just another BS scam for politicians to skim off of like most everything else is. One of the results of this is the plan to create factories that pull water vapor out the air to create hydrogen energy. Yeah, churning water into fuel. What could go wrong, who needs water right?
I find the entire CO2 to graphene just as silly as the hydrogen thing.
An interesting point with the hydrogen thing is this. Is Hydrogen a workable fuel? Yes. Is it super green with essentially no emissions? Yes. Does creating it consume as much or more than the energy you get from it? Yes.
