Hey, you’re worrying too much, he’s rebooting, not continuing, he’ll just smack some reveal dialogue in the script that absolutely doesn’t make any sense or have any meaning from the story perspective but functions to try and hype up people who heard of Superman, have a female character make an emotional infodump at the end, make a 5-7/10 movie and maybe let someone else do the sequels.

Searching alternate versions of Superman i found this, so if the rumours of a black superman are true, i’m assuming it’s gonna be a movie about him

So, instead of a reboot, why not make Steel’s movie within the DCEU then have a cool movie with him, Henry Cavill’s Superman, Supergirl, Superboy, and Superdog 🐶, they could make a giant Superman crossover movie, i’d watch that 🤯

We already had a “STEEL” movie, starring Shaq.

And this is NOT a STEEL “John Henry Irons” film they just announce.

And making a film where the title character was “INSPIRED” by a toxic male super-hero, the WOKE/SJW’s will not tolerate that premise.

So he does have experience in the super-hero genre.

It is how much of his politics getting into the script that is of worry.

And of course how much Darth-JJ (at least 25% change) and what those changes are that is also of worry.

Keep in mind Star Trek and Star Wars still haven’t completely recovered from the Abrams treatment. I have a feeling this will be the biggest flop for the Superman Movie franchise since Superman Returns (Unlike some people I don’t blame the actors, but the writers/director. Brandon Ruth was very convincing. There were times I had to remind myself he wasn’t Christopher Reeves). While I will probably see it and chalk it up to an alternate reality like I did with Returns, I do see it as being a close competition with Returns for least popular Superman movie even if they do go with the Earth-23 rout.
