Joe Biden Does the Unthinkable For 9/11 ‘Mastermind’ Terrorist
The architect of the 9/11 attacks and his fellow defendants may avoid the death penalty because federal prosecutors in President Biden’s Justice Department are considering plea agreements.
In other words, the Biden DOJ is well into negotiating with terrorists.
A letter was sent to several of the families of 9/11 victims that says military prosecutors and defense lawyers are exploring plea deals. The case has been held up for over a decade due to delays and legal disputes including legal ramifications regarding the enhanced interrogation techniques used, including waterboarding.
If the US had acted legally in the first place, such legal disputes (including the use of waterboarding) would have been dealt with long ago.
The letter sent to 9/11 families states that prosecutors are considering the removal of the death penalty in order to resolve the case.
And what? Set the terrorists free on a possible “time served” plea deal? See how weak the west is and only embolden them to further acts of terrorism on a nation/culture they call death to?
The were four coordinated terrorist attacks by al-Qaeda against the United States on the morning of 9/11. The attacks resulted in 2,996 fatalities, over 25,000 injuries, and substantial long-term health consequences, in addition to at least $10 billion in infrastructure and property damage.
The attacks had a lasting impact on the families and friends of the victims. Many people still struggle with the grief and trauma of that day as the Biden administration considers plea deals for those responsible.
So this “negotiate with terrorists to give them a plea deal” by Biden DOJ prosecutors, is IMO, a mockery of justice. (nothing new to the Biden DOJ/prosecutors)

August 21, 2023 at 5:42 am #305119Let’s be clear. Joe Biden is not doing anything. Nor is Kamala for that matter. They are simply figure heads being “directed” by an unelected bureaucracy. And that bureaucracy loves nothing but itself and hates this country and they are accustomed to doing as they please without the slightest bit of real pushback. They are dunk on the power they have assigned themselves. More chaos will ensue unless that troop of communists loses grasp on power.

What the world sees is the U.S. capitulating to the demands of the Ayatollah in a quid-pro-quo deal. They release four American hostages, and in exchange we release Iranian assets…

(The Obama Admin released) $1.7 billion in cash that it sent to the Iranians in 2016 for the release of four American hostages was somehow not what it obviously seemed to be — a ransom payment.

Sanctioned and frozen assets the DEMon lend white house is giving away to their terrorists buddies.
If ever there was a traitor in the WH, we just have to look at the last two DEMon POTUS.
They have done more to make the US and the west a more unsafe place. Both domestically and foreign affairs.

Iran, U.S. exchanging prisoners, $6B in funds unfrozen for Iran
Five prisoners sought by the U.S. in a swap with Iran flew out of Tehran on Monday, officials said, part of a deal that saw nearly $6 billion US in Iranian assets unfrozen.
Note to hostile nations: kidnap Americans and we (the DEMons) will PAY YOU a ransom to get them back.
The exchange comes just ahead of the United Nations General Assembly in New York, where Iran’s hard-line President Ebrahim Raisi will speak.
The cash represents money South Korea owed Iran — but had not yet paid — for oil purchased before the Donald Trump administration imposed sanctions on such transactions in 2019.
So another reversal of a Trump policy. Why am I not surprised!
Mohammad Reza Farzin, Iran’s Central Bank chief, later came on state television to acknowledge the receipt of more than 5.5 billion euros — $5.9 billion US — in accounts in Qatar.
The U.S. maintains that, once in Qatar, the money will be held in restricted accounts and will only be able to be used for humanitarian goods, such as medicine and food. Those transactions are currently allowed under American sanctions targeting the Islamic Republic over its advancing nuclear program.
So instead of having them use their own funds for such “humanitarian goods”, they can use this money while they can use what they would have had to spend on it for other things… like terrorism and suppressing their people. How nice of biden.
“While I welcome home wrongfully detained Americans, unfreezing $6B in #Iranian assets dangerously further incentivizes hostage taking & provides a windfall for regime aggression,” Idaho Sen. James Risch, a Republican, posted on social media last month when reports of the planned deal first surfaced.
Exactly.
On the U.S. side, Washington has said the planned swap includes Siamak Namazi, who was detained in 2015 and was later sentenced to 10 years in prison on internationally criticized spying charges; Emad Sharghi, a venture capitalist sentenced to 10 years; and Morad Tahbaz, a British-American conservationist of Iranian descent who was arrested in 2018 and also received a 10-year sentence.
So they were sentenced while biden was vp, and now that most of their sentences have been served, they are rewarding iran with Billions of dollars?
All the more reason the US needs to get those DEMons out of office, before they start a new war(s) and even if they do start, to get them out ASAP!
