He is completely unaffected by what he did in WWII and he doesn’t deny any of the accusations. To “was it difficult (confiscating the property of Jews)?” he says “Not at all. Not at all.” Then later he says he was an “observer” after having first admitted that he was helping the NAZIs.
It makes me feel uneasy watching how content he seems, smiling while talking about his various illegal and unethical dealings and how he just shrugs them aside, knowing that he has so much money that nothing bad will ever happen to him no matter what he does. He says with glee – “It’s one person (himself) who at one time engages in amoral activities, and the rest of the time TRIES to be moral.”
He says he’s an atheist who doesn’t believe in God and he says: “I do not feel guilty because I am involved in an amoral activity – which is not meant to have anything to do with guilt.”
