Sadly not that new. Just in older times favored democrat candidates would simply have lists of all the questions that would come up from reporters shared with them ahead of time with prepared answers. Kamala cannot even be bothered to memorize that, apparently she has to be walked through it remotely by handlers step by step.
She may not have Biden’s dementia but she is just as brainless.
