Those on the extreme left (known in the media as simply the “left”) have been releasing what they plan on doing once they grab power.

Even if we get a new SCOTUS before a new president takes power, they want to “flood” the chamber, as they say, the constitution does not state how many need to be on the Supreme Court. Currently it is 9. They stated they could place an additional 4 or 6 or 8 leftist judges to give them a majority and allow any legal agruements to fail to their leftist ideology.
They also want to change the rules for 60% of the senate are needed to accept a new SCOTUS judge.
They also made the statement that they will give DC and Puerto Rico statehood – hence given them 2 + 2 more senate seats. That on top of any readjustments to reflect Nazi-fornia and New Nazi states.
Defunding law enforcement will be a national priority.
If they can steal a super-majority, be prepared for alot of the amendments to be removed or watered down to a point they are meaningless. Same goes for the contents of the constitution itself!
If you think censorship is bad know, just wait. They will introduce a “National Security Act” (similar to that enacted by the CCP earlier this year) to get rid of voices and people they do not like.
